With hundreds of recording sessions under his belt, Gil has developed unique talents as both a session drummer and as a producer and mixing engineer. He is equal parts emotive and efficient, capturing momentary energy without sacrificing precision and clarity.

As a drummer, he is inspired by players like Ringo Starr, Jeff Porcaro and Dave Grohl, whose drum parts are always written to strengthen the fundamental emotional thrust of the songs that they’re playing on. He has brought these influences to bear on recordings with artists such as Skullcrusher and Gigi Perez, as well as many others.

As a producer, he has worked extensively on his own project, using, for which he arranges and mixes everything, as well as his band Holy Dose. He is eager to use his finely-tuned ear to help more artists achieve their creative vision.
